The ThinkPad P17 Gen 2 helps safeguard your data from the moment you pick it up. A match-on-chip fingerprint reader stores your biometric data on a separate system chip to deter hacking. In addition, there’s the discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM) for hardware-based data encryption, plus a self-healing BIOS that can restore earlier system settings when needed.
