The priciest Flanders home sold in October was a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath cape on 2 acres at 96 Pleasure Drive that sold for $1.175 million. It was listed by Theresa Thompson and Roy Gardner of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Jamie Pastorelli of Signature Premier Properties.
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath hi-ranch on .52 acres at 217 Oak Ave. fetched $630,000. It was listed by Tahir Baig of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Angelica Cocha of Exp Realty.
At 18 Netz Place, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath bank-owned waterfront home on .12 acres went for $570,000. It was listed by Justin Pollio of New Door Properties and sold by Jon Tomlinson of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
