The City of West Hollywood’s Recreation Services Division will host its annual free Youth Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Plummer Park’s Vista Lawn located at 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard.
The Youth Halloween Carnival will include carnival games, a trackless train, a pumpkin patch, tiny tot zone, and a haunted maze. This year’s guest host will be the City of West Hollywood’s Drag Laureate, Pickle. Entertainment includes a live DJ, dancing, spooky story time, costume showcases, and dance routines and entertainment by community youth groups.
Children are invited to dress up in costume to participate in the Costume Showcase for a chance to win raffle prizes. For a fur-raising good time, pets are also invited to display their “Howl-O-Ween” costume (following Plummer Park rules to always remain on a leash). Attendees are encouraged to carpool or walk, as parking at Plummer Park is limited.
