Angelina Jolie says that she would not become an actor today if she had the choice, and says Hollywood is “not a healthy place”. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, the actress reflected on when she started in show business and how it has changed over the years. “I wouldn’t be an actress today. When I was starting out, it wasn’t as much of an expectation to be as public, to share so much”, said Jolie. The actress continued that she reacts “very strongly to stress” caused by being in the public eye so much. Jolie has been the target of much public scrutiny, particularly after her very public divorce from actor Brad Pitt, which was hugely stressful for her. Later in the interview, the ‘Maleficent’ star revealed that she plans to leave LA and spend more time in Cambodia.
