Cari Gatto, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swell Partners, has been selected as a Women2Watch of 2023 by the Women Presidents Organization (WPO). The award, sponsored by JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking, recognizes women who serve as key senior leaders and are driving significant revenue growth. To be considered for the honor, businesses must be privately held, woman-owned or women-led, achieved annual revenues of at least $500,000 in each of the past five years, and achieved at least $2 million in annual revenue during the past year. Gatto placed 23 out of 50 recipients for the honor. The recognition highlights Swell Partners’ exceptional growth, which is fueled by its innovative business model of building peak performing teams by delivering high-quality talent. Gatto expressed her appreciation: “I am honored to be named one of the Women2Watch for 2023.
