Symmetry Financial Management, founded and led by Leitrim native, Mark Solon, was honoured recently at the Broker Ireland Expert Broker Awards 2023 winning the Mortgage Broker Expert Award for its exceptional mortgage service to clients nationwide.
The Broker Expert Awards gala ceremony took place on 9th November in the Round Room of the Mansion House, Dublin and was hosted by RTE’s Jacqui Hurley. The Awards shine a light on excellence by recognising Insurance, Financial, and Mortgage Brokers who offer the highest level of professionalism, innovation, performance, and service to their clients.
Eight Expert Broker awards were presented during the ceremony in categories that recognised pension, investment, and protection providers as well as the mortgage broker category won by Symmetry Financial Management.
On winning the Mortgage Broker Expert Award, Mark Solon, Founder and Managing Director, Symmetry Financial Management, who hails from Cloone, Co. Leitrim, said, “In just five short years Symmetry Financial has grown from a team of three to a team of fifteen dedicated and highly qualified staff providing mortgage and financial planning services to clients nationwide.

“Symmetry Financial has gone from strength to strength, particularly its thriving Mortgage Service Division which covers client needs across all mortgage-related lending, from first-time buyers to property investors as well as those looking to consolidate debt or switch mortgage provider to reduce outgoings as the cost of living continues to rise.
“I couldn’t be prouder of the team at Symmetry Financial and our subsidiaries Asian Financial and EDUC Mortgages, who serve clients with the utmost professionalism and dedication. I’d like to thank Broker’s Ireland and the judging panel for recognising the hugely innovative strides that Symmetry is making to meet the needs of diverse populations in Ireland, to build strong and trusted relationships with public sector unions and employers, and to make the mortgage process as simple and stress free as possible for our clients.”
The Awards, sponsored by Royal London Ireland, and supported by Aviva, Premium Credit and Applied, saw entertainment provided by impressionist Conor Moore, as well as music by the Dublin Gospel Choir.
Symmetry Financial Management is one of the lead sponsors of the annual Bóthar Na Naomh duathlon which takes place in Cloone every August.
