Christian Living Communities, through its Cappella Living Solutions division, began providing management support to the Green House Homes at Mirasol in Loveland on Nov. 1.
The Green House Homes at Mirasol provides skilled nursing care to 90 people in nine smaller homes, accepting private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid.
According to a news release, Jeff Feneis, executive director of the Loveland Housing Authority, sees the change as an opportunity to refocus.
“The Loveland Housing Authority cares about the residents, families, and associates at the Green House Homes. Making a management partnership change is part of our commitment to continually improve the services and care we provide,” he said.
“Over time, you will see an intentional refocus on our Green House model of person-directed, relationship-based care. We’re thrilled that CLC-Cappella already embraces the same principles in all their communities here in Colorado,” he said. ”Accessing our new network of elder-centered care communities will support our commitment to strengthening the programs in our Green House Homes.”
CLC - Cappella owns or operates nine other communities in Colorado and a home care, serving the five county Denver metro area.

“Whether it’s the joy of holiday music, or the warmth of family’s laughter, the holiday season is about creating cherished memories with our loved ones. Dr. Brittany Mathisen, the lead audiologist and owner of The Hearing Place, said in a news release. “Unfortunately, for those suffering from hearing loss, these moments can be isolating,” she said. “We want to invite friends, family members, and those grappling with hearing impairments to participate in this life-changing opportunity.”
