The priciest Baldwin home sold in October was a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath newly built colonial on .13 acres at 1035 Hayes St. that sold for $865,500. It was listed by Antonina Walden of New Home Realty Associates and sold by Victor Sookdeo of Park Assets Real Estate.
A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath hi-ranch on .14 acres at 763 Vivian Court fetched $815,000. It was listed by Lisa Pellegrino of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Ivan Bonilla of Professional Real Estate of New York.
At 1441 Arndt Place, a 6-bedroom, 3-bath hi-ranch on .14 acres went for $780,000. It was listed by Joshua Aguirre of Fave Realty and sold by Carmela Urso of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
