The priciest Farmingville home sold in October was a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .34 acres at 34 Faculty Lane that sold for $805,000. It was listed by Satish Kundra of Fourth Avenue Real Estate and sold by Christine Bogue of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
A 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .73 acres at 25 Neil Drive fetched $805,000. It was listed by Danielle Balsamo of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Carmela Gampero of Keller Williams Realty Elite.
At 10 Eton Road, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .57 acres went for $660,000. It was listed by David Oakley and Donna Bermas Oakley of Realty Connect USA LI and sold by their Realty Connect colleague Julie Poidomani.
