The three highest-priced home sales in Hauppauge last month ranged from $755,000 to $775,000.
The priciest Hauppauge home sold in October was a 4-bedroom, 2-bath expanded ranch on .35 acres at 22 Rainbow Drive that sold for $775,000. It was listed by Catherine Fraser of Progressive Realty Group and sold by Ryan Taylor and Michael Scarito of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch on .64 acres at 185 Southern Blvd. fetched $760,000. It was listed by Maryanne Perillo, Christine Perillo and Maria Perillo of Coldwell Banker American Homes and sold by Bonnie Glenn and Christa Glenn of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
At 9 Sheila Drive, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath colonial on .25 acres went for $755,000. It was listed by Glenn Kennedy of Signature Premier Properties and sold by his Signature Premier colleague Kevin Probst.
