The three highest-priced home sales in Huntington Bay last month ranged from $825,100 to $3.3 million.
The priciest Huntington Bay home sold in October was a 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront ranch on .61 acres at 92 Crescent Beach Drive that sold for $3.3 million. It was listed by Pamela Doyle of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale’s Debra Russell.
A 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront colonial on 1.7 acres at 13 Beach Road fetched $2.95 million. It was listed by Debra Russell and Katharine Dunn of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale’s John Foster.
At 59 Soundview Drive, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath cape on .18 acres went for $825,100. It was listed by Margaret Burkett of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Lauren McGlone of Michael Alexander Properties.
