The priciest Westbury home sold in October was a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath newly built colonial on .14 acres at 31 Cobalt Lane that sold for $1.49 million. It was listed by Jennifer Devine and Lina Ruiz of Howard Hanna|Coach Realtors and sold by Ryan Porcasi of Fave Realty.
A 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse at 328 Trotting Lane fetched $1.122 million. It was listed by Gina Coffen of Signature Premier Properties and sold by Celia Rodriguez Olivari of Keller Williams Realty Greater.
At 640 The Plain Road, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath split-level on .23 acres went for $1.05 million. It was listed by Nina Naqvi of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Jianjun Yang of Chous Realty Group.
